Terms and Conditions
1. Introduction
1.1. The Moorgate Care Village Easter Egg Hunt (the “Prize Draw”) is organised by Park Lane Healthcare Group Limited, located at 42 Hull Road, Cottingham, HU16 4PX (“the Promoter”).
1.2. By entering the Prize Draw, entrants agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
2. Eligibility
2.2. Entrants must have a valid email address and mobile number to participate.
2.3. Only one entry per person is permitted.
3. How to Enter
3.1. The Prize Draw opens on 18 March 2025 and closes on 17 April 2025 (“the Entry Period”). Entries submitted outside this timeframe will not be counted.
3.2. To participate, users must first locate the hidden Easter egg on the website. Once found, clicking on the egg will direct them to a short online form where they can enter a few details to complete their entry.
3.3. No purchase is necessary to enter or win.
4. The Prize
4.1. The prize is a £100 gift voucher from Amazon.
4.2. The prize is non-exchangeable, non-transferable, and no cash alternative is offered.
4.3. The Promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize with an alternative of equal or higher value if circumstances beyond its control make it necessary.
5. Winner Selection & Notification
5.1. The winner will be chosen at random from all eligible entries using a random draw selector.
5.2. The draw will take place on 17 April.
5.3. The winner will be notified by email and by telephone within one week of the draw.
5.4. If the winner does not respond within 7 days of being notified, the Promoter reserves the right to select an alternative winner.
6. Publicity & Personal Data
6.1. The winner agrees to the use of their name and image in any promotional material related to the Prize Draw.
6.2. Personal data supplied during the entry process will be used in accordance with applicable data protection laws and the Promoter’s Privacy Policy (link).
